The world's largest hotel company are looking for an Area Hotel Safety Manager to oversee 11 Hotels across Scotland. You will assist hotel management in legal compliance and best practice relating to safety and security issues. Main duties will include carrying out regular inspections of the properties. Develop and review safety risk action plans. Ensure risk assessment and hazard analysis is carried out fully and regularly reviewed.
Candidate MUST have certificate in Advanced Food Safety and Group Training Techniques and hold a Diploma/Degree in Safety Management. Plus experience in Health & Safety Management and recent Food Safety Experience in a multi-site role and 5 years experience in a related industry (Hotel or Food Safety).
