Job: Health and Safety Adviser, Cardiff University

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a general health and safety, fire safety or building/construction background wishing to develop their skills and experience within a large and diverse University setting including hospital sites.

Working within a multidisciplinary team you will play a lead role in the development of fire and building safety strategy, as well as providing advice and training and participating in investigations and audits at University and department levels.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, personal drive and enthusiasm, who is computer literate and has experience of working within at least one of the following fields; fire safety, general health and safety, electrical/engineering safety and/or building/construction safety. A qualification in one of these fields would be desirable.
