CMIOSH as a minimum with a good working knowledge of the Highways sector (new roads, maintenance, clear ups, traffic management etc) and have at least 10 years health and safety management experience. Candidates could already be operating at this level or be looking for the next move up to this level and could be considered from other sector environments.
