South East £20 - £25,000 + benefits
Working closely with the Group Safety Manager to achieve continual improvement, you will assist with development of policies and procedures and ‘day to day’ administration of safety management systems. You will conduct audits and inspections within fabrication facilities and construction site environments. You will also provide advice and guidance at all levels whilst promoting and developing a positive safety culture within the organisation and achieving ‘buy in’ at all levels. Other activities include contributing to accident investigations, training assessments and reviewing systems. Would suit a second jobber or trainee with background in steel or construction industry.
